Happy to use the 3.5 version, but want to make sure it'll be compatible.

  Hello,

  Binary version of the .Net Grid is fully compatible with .Net 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and future Frameworks if any. Fortunately ensuring compatibility in .Net is much easier than in unmanaged environment. Moreover we provide source codes of .Net Grid with solutions on VC2005, VC2008, VC2010.
